Yes, but the image title also says in normal tissues and "cell lines". I'm assuming that the there is a different graph for cell lines?
And, my point is still valid, PBMC is a mixture of monocytes, T cells and B cells. Most are T cells, and then B cells and monocytes. Depending on the person the PBMC is isolated from, the T cell population can range between 50 to 70%. And since T cells, according to the figure provide, don't express CAMK2, then that will skew the entire PBMC population closer to reflect the T cell expression pattern than the monocyte expression pattern.
