I've been using gelatin coating standard procedures for a while, to enhance attachment/differentiation of embryonic bodies and to induce the attachment of "fussy" mesenchymal stem cells. I generally coat the plates/flasks with gelatine and after it, I plate my cells straight away. I was wondering if any of you knows a safe method to pre-coat the plates and conserve them in the fridge for at least a couple of days. This could save me so much time! Thank you.
