I am facing problem in Dissolving Quercetin, I have prepared Quercetin 50 mM in 100% Dmso. Then i did serial Dilution to make lower concentration of Quercetin. After Adding some Amount in Micro Moles to other water. it started forming Precipitate. Keep In mind I am working on Organ bath system.
so Please suggest me best way of Dissolving Quercetin.

Dissolving quercetin is always a problem. It get precipitated in water. I faced same problem but eventually resolved it.
Do one thing prepare 0.1 M stock of quercetin in DMSO. Then dilute it to required concentration with Phosphate buffer (pH 8). You will get desired solution. Alternately tris buffer (pH 8) is also fine.
I recommend to use this diluted solution within 3 days (or 6 days if stored at 4' C).

I have krebs buffer can i dilute it into that. i think it will not make precipitate

I never tried it but it seems to be a good option i guess and it may work. A little concern that I have is of pH. Kreb's will be of 7.3-7.4. But still try it. May work. If not then make dilution in phosphate buffer an then add the required volume to organ bath.

Thanks . i had made solution in Krebs but still it showed still down of precipitate.
then i made it in PBS 1X in 1:4 form but after 1 hour it also got precipitated.
