On the top of your 22mg of extract put the amount of DMSO that make's clear solution and calculate the concentration after. That solution can be used to determine the antioxidant activity.

DPPH Scavenged (%) = (Acont - Atest) / Acont X 10
Where Acont is the absorbance of the control reaction and Atest is the absorbance in the presence of the sample of the extract.
