What is the procedure for crude protein precipitation with ammonium sulfate from culture filtrate of the fungal strain?

i want to purify elicitor proteins from the crude proteins of cuture filterate of fungi, therefore, i need to precipitate (80% saturation) the crude proteins.

The ammount of ammonium sulfate required to a 100% saturation is 760g. Just do the math and simply stir the solution at room temperature with a magnetic stirrer for 15 minutes or until saturation. Maybe this link could be useful for you:
