If you have the sequence, you could try the predictive softwares that are readily available online. Keep in mind that these softwares would only predict, and hence you should conduct experiments to validate any predictions.

But i think this online tool is used for dteremining the SP sequences in a nucleotide or amino acids sequences.

My question is that i have nucleotide sequence for gene (of my purpose), it doesn't have SP sequence while i tried this tool, so now what to do for secression expression of this gene, from whre i should know the sp sequence?
