Can someone confirm that the doubling time for the T24 cell line is 19 hours? This is the information provided to me by the commercial house where we have purchased. (Cell Lines Service)
And for the RT4 cell line, what is the doubling time?

If you go to the relevant Cellosaurus entries you will find information about the doubling time of these cell lines.
For example, for T24:

You can see a "Doubling time" line with information originating from 5 different sources, 3 publications and two cell collections:
Doubling time: 19 hours (PubMed=4133950); 21 hours (PubMed=3708594); 23.2 hours (PubMed=26055179); ~48 hours (DSMZ=ACC-376); ~1 day (Note=Lot 02052018) (JCRB=JCRB0711).
As you can see there is a variability in these results as it depend on the conditions used to make these cells grow, but most sources agree on a range from 19 to 24 hours.
For RT4:

There are 3 values:
Doubling time: 37 hours (PubMed=3708594); 65.8 hours (PubMed=26055179); ~80 hours (DSMZ=ACC-412).
which agree on a longer DT than that of T24.
