I try to induce neuroinflammation in HMC3 cells using LPS for 24h. The concentration used was 500 ng/ml. But unfortunately no change on TNFa was obtained in LPS versus Control condition. Is it important to use a medium with SVF during the treatment with LPS or not? Do you have some detailed protocol to help me. Thank you very much for your help!
