Don´t have much experience on this subject, but I think you should have some background on the stability of your solutions, for example which are prone to microbial contamination or some kind of degradation, probably salt solutions are more stable, may be you could make an accelerated holding time study for your solutions, another possibility is to inquire on the experience of other researchers that use similar solutions

• The coating buffer should be made fresh, as it will exchange CO2 with air and thereby change its pH.
• PBS is deliberately made to resemble serum and interstitial fluid, it will therefore support microbial growth and should be made fresh. That is very easy as you can buy tablets that make 100 mL of PBS when dissolved in water. Another option is to make a 10 x concentrate, that will be reasonable stable even at RT due to its high osmotic pressure.
• If you add protein to PBS, you in effect add food for microorganisms. Such solutions therefore should be made fresh.
• Spermidine is rather expensive for blocking the reactive groups of your plate, any compound with primary amino groups would do. Glycine is commonly used. If by "blocking" you mean "prevent unspecific binding of antibodies to the plate", non-fat milk powder is cheap and effective, spermidine would be rather useless. Either is good food for microorganisms, so I'd make fresh solutions.
