Has anyone tried out BioRad's EveryBlot Blocking Buffer?

I discovered today that getting a premix blocking buffer for phospho proteins is cheaper than getting the BSA to make my own (the only cheaper BSA I found is not recommended for blocking by Sigma). Does the EveryBlot blocker from BioRad really work with just a 5 min. incubation, as advertised?
