I obtained r2 value for compound coumatetralyl (r2- 0.9997) and cholecalciferol (r2- 0.9974) after constructed standard calibration curve with 6 different concentration dilution of both compounds.
Do those values I obtained acceptable?

There are different criteria depending on the field you are working on. My advice is for you to analyse your specific technique and method and conclude about your results. Nevertheless, I think anyone would accept both r^2 values that you obtained. 0.995 is my minimum threshold. From my experience, I would advise you to stay above 0.995, as values below offer no warranty whatsoever of a linear correlation. In addition, also perform some kind of linearity evaluation, like a variance comparison.

Both are quite acceptable! You should be very pleased. The analytical method validation (AMV) protocols I have seen and written require a minimum correlation coefficient of 0.990 for an HPLC-UV and 0.950 for a spectrophotometer. However, it is the LOD and LOQ that are more telling of a method. Try getting an LOQ of 50 ng/mL for an HPLC-UV method (it's not easy!).
Yes Sure.. r2 acceptable value is 0.999... and yours are in limit.
According ICH Q2 ITS ACCEPTABLE for 1 st but in case of 2nd you need to improve.
