A "Zooming in" standard (?), there is no such thing. The correct way to show a chromatogram always starts with a "standard view" showing the complete analysis run (the normal output after data analysis). Separate views can then be selected to illustrate specific peak data of interest (i.e. Peaks, Noise, Baseline...).

In general, a chromatogram should be shown complete with the baseline, full X-axis (time) and the Y-axis (measurement units) labeled scales, adjusted to show the largest peak. They should also include a header stating the detection settings (e.g. Wavelength and Bandwidth), sample identifier and date. If there are specific areas of interest within the chromatogram, then separate chromatograms can be included showing peaks or areas of interest, but these individual chromatograms should still include the baseline, labeled X-axis and Y-axis with all units clearly shown. Peaks may be truncated in these views to show more detail.

As such there are no any specific guideline for Zooming but the industry practice is that , Peak should be properly legible.

With modern methods of chromatography signal processing (exceeding 40 years) the visual graph is primarily illustrative to indicate peak positions. The best presentation in context is always the full chromatogram - possibly edited for long time periods with no peaks - shown on the largest paper/screen that you have. "ZOOMING" may be used to look more clearly at a particular region, but at some point, the noise will make that useless.
