Hi, I need to prepare a standard curve of H2O2 to evaluate the primary products of oxidation. H2O2 I have is 35%. How do I prepare a stock of H2O2 10 microlitere. If s.o has experience, I would be grateful if you share your knowledge.
The absorption should be recorded at 510 nm.

Thank you for your time. Yes I read it before, but the technique used is for colorimetric method. I need it for spectrophotometry and for evaluation of primary product in oxidation. Do you think they are the same?
