Any advice on the UV-Lamp for Particle Detection on Glass surface (5um)?

Hye,

Are there anyone experienced in UV-lamp usage for checking particle on glass surface within 5um to 10um?

There are a lot of UV-lamp sell in worldwide. But the problem i dont have any experience in UV-lamp. 1 of the website i found related to my application is http://www.uv-led-lamp.com/v/uv-a-led-lamps-sources-blacklights-for-specific-applications/particle-detection-cleanroom-inspection-medicines-pharmaceutical?limit=250

Need help from experienced guy know UV-Lamp application.
