I would like to conduct HLPC to analyze the amount of antibiotics (kanamycin and amoxicillin) from the water. Can anyone suggest to me the common blanko solution and mobile phase for both antibiotics? Thank you so much for your help.
I would suggest you find some individual published rphplc method for kanamycin and amoxicillin, then combine individual method in a common method (if the method are not much different). And, the second option is , you will find so many published method on simultaneous determination of amoxicillin and amikacin (or other aminoglycoside antibiotic) then research on them. A combination of kanamycin and amoxicillin is rare, thus the rphplc method are also less available. I feel you are going to do a great job. Good Luck!
you have to looking for a pre validated method for your separation . check the web and you will find a valid method that gave you all info you need to preform your separation
I have attached a research paper for determination of antibiotics. It includes amoxicillin, hope it will help you in developing HPLC method for your work
