The real strength or positive point of a good teacher and/or researcher is her/his genealogical impact; in our own lifetime, our perceptional bias is very strong and we may overvalue our credentials. But: for a reseacher, scientific creativity is paramount; for a teacher, pedagogical passion is paramount.
I have good academic background and a shining career in the past. I worked in NGO, Ready-made garment sector , Donor agencies and some other industrial placement which enabled me a practical experiences to teach my students in their course with versatility.

In my opinion, the most positive point for the researcher/teacher is that he/she has to be competent and knowledgeable in his/her area of specialization.
It is hard to do an honest self-assessment and describe your own strengths (keeping a healthy level of confidence and avoiding pretentiousness). An so I won't attempt to answer directly, but rather point out elements I consider worthy of pursuing:
- Curiosity, enough of it to keep getting into trouble (question the status quo).
- Humility, enough to realise that we are not infallible and that other people are also right.
- Open mind and willingness to learn, those are self descriptive.
The first & foremost quality of a teacher is that he should be positive & a good friendly approach with the student so that student may become comfortable to approach for his difficulties & also in certain cases even of his personal problem also .
With this as a good teacher one has to keep his study knowledge ,with may attract the student to learn more apart from the subject matters . With this quality a teacher also feel himself to justify his knowledge & work for the student .
I'd have to think about it longer to answer something substantial. Spontaneously, I would say that I have a strong intention to contradict those who proclaim certainties without having analyzed the questionableness of their occurrence. Of course, there are several types of research, such as documentation or reporting on the state of research of a recent field, or a historical tihema. But most of the research is hypothesis testing. I test research to see if it has appropriate (or even formulated) hypotheses (which is often very neglected in many research papers). I can do that quite well.
The 4 items you listed are fundamental. But I think most of all a good instructor is someone who despite their academic advances, remains humble and keeps in mind their own journey. No one advances completely alone and everyone has to overcome some aspect to move forward.
Good academic background, huge quality publications/seminars, good records of academic accolades, good recognition from home and abroad, and many others things are positive points. But the important point is scientific integrity
Being a teacher and having good contact with students has always been a pleasure to me.
This is a very demanding profession, you have to constantly learn, educate yourself and increase your competences. It guarantees you continuous development. The same is with being a scientist - you are constantly developing, you require a lot from yourself. Of course, the prestige of this profession is also important.

"We try to keep a good line of communication open with our children. It's not always about trying to just teach them every moment, but it's about listening to them and trying to understand them and gain that sense of communication so when they need to talk to someone, they know that we're there". I have strength of good motivations. I can make the things happen for my students by themselves. Most of the students share their insides and outsides with me. I can tackle any situations whatever it may be.
