Protein bands identification of human diaphragm in SDS-PAGE (4-12) gel ?

I ran a 4–12% SDS-PAGE gel containing four 1:2 dilutions of myosin-actin standard and BSA combined, along with four additional dilutions of a human diaphragm digest.

It’s unclear to me which skeletal muscle proteins could correspond to the observed bands at 185 kDa, 100 kDa, and 50 kDa. In particular, I have no idea what might cause the three bands in the 27–30 kDa range.
