Hi everyone!

I'm trying to detect a specific histone mark (H3K9me2) by WB analysis and I´m not getting consistent results. I have also tried to use immunofluorescence and I was able to see specific nuclear fluorescence. However, I´m not sure why I can´t detect the same mark by WB, using the same antibody.

Does anyone have some tips to help me? Which one is better to detect this type of modification?

Also, there is some other method that I should try?

I would be extremely grateful if you could help me.

Best regards,

Filipa Silva.
