May I know if DMSO preservative for tissues can be replaced with 70% alcohol? These tissues have been preserved in DMSO for more than 10 yrs already and are stored in an air-conditioned room. May I know also what is the dilution ratio with DMSO as preservative for tissues stored in an A/C room. Thank you.
