Has anyone ever used MaxDIA v2.2.0.0 with SWATH files in discovery mode?

Hello,

I have been using MaxQuant for DDA files for quite a while and now I would like to switch to DIA files, in particular SWATH files. I have tried to run the MaxDIA tool in the MaxQuant software (v2.2.0.0) in discovery mode but it crashes as soon as the feature detection starts. As libraries I used the .fasta files downloaded from their reprository.

Does anyone use MaxDIA without any problems?
