in OriginPro is a function that is using ANOVA F-test to compare two datasets, that are fitted by the same regression model: Analysis -> Fitting -> Compare datasets.
1) Which hypothesis is tested by this implemented F-test?
2) Is there a possibility to gain insight into the calculation, except F-value, degrees of freedom and significance?

Unfortunately, the online "User manual" for origin is mute on specifics for the comparison you describe. In SEM software, the test most likely would translate to whether the underlying regression model has identical coefficients for each of the two groups. But, I can't be sure without additional information, so you could:
