Actually, I will start new experiment. but before exp, advisor said "you have to study how NH2 modified DNA coupling(=conjugate). " and, DNA is negative charge(by its PO4- on backbone), so process have precaution during conjugation.
I know surface conjugation aldehyde-amine only, but I think there can many surfaces conjugate with amine. and, I cunjugates amine on PEG gel(particle).
Is there a commercially available kit that uses NH2-DNA to attach to other surfaces? There are many kits for conjugation with proteins, but we can not find kits that are suitable for use with amin modified DNA. And, the polymer used in the experiment is PEG (polyethylene glycol). Is it also possible to bond with amine?

Most of the kits offered for protein conjugation should work with your NH2-DNA, since most protein conjugations are based on NH2 chemistry (lysine).
