I also tried searching for total DNA extraction from mammalian cells kit, couldn't find any. All the search results were for genomic DNA or ribosomal/mitochondrial DNA extraction.

There are many such kits produced by multiple companies e.g Qiagen and Promega. This is routine. Google your query and you will obtain many such kits. The 2 companies mentioned produce such kits which I have used successfully but there are also many reputable alternatives from companies like Ambion Machery Nagel, Sigma etc. I have used most and they all work

You may easily extract/purify plasmid from mammalan cells using miniprep kits provided the lysis cell is efficient. After that you use the prep to transform bacteria and then reamplify it in bacteria by classical miniprep. (what is called plasmid rescue)
such kits are available and can easily be found though any company that also supplies PCR equipment. often times you can find a college level lab procedure though a Google query

Hello, after transferring your protein gel with a positive control protein in one the lanes (make sure you must have a positive control at the last lane or somewhere in the gel) to the PDVF blot. Just before processing for western blot detection please make sure you staining with Ponceau S protein staining solution that all the protein are present and wash out the Ponceau S dye with several washes with double distilled water. Then you start doing your western blot detection. I am sure your western blot detection band problem will be solved.
