I am currently doing research on the degradative abilities of the polyurethanase of  Pestalotiopsis microspora Speg. 1880 across different levels of abiotic factors (temperature, pH). Is there any way to quantify enzymatic activity over time (e.g. monitor mass) over a solid substrate?
