I am trying to test out a mash1 reporter construct and have run into the issue that I don't have a proper cell line to test it out on. In the past, I have tried using mouse es cells and forcing neuronal differentiation to see mash1 expression, however it's both extremely time consuming and difficult to culture these cells.

I have also experimented with glioblastoma cell lines, as they express huge amounts of mash1, but they are partially adherent and partially free-floating, which makes drug selection extremely difficult to do.

Does anyone know of an adherent cell line which either stably or can be induced to express mash1?

Extra points if they are easily obtainable :D

Thanks!
