In normal buffer medium the Co(III) reduced to Co(II) in the presence of some reductant like Iron. Then eject the ligand which coordinate to the cobalt.since cancer cells have more reducing environment the Co(III) metal complex should be reduced to Co(II) in inside the cancer cell. If not what is the criteria? kindly help me and if it possible give me related papers.
