I was preforming antigen retrieval by using a citrate buffer at 6 pH in which I was supposed to microwave 1 x 6.5 minutes at full power then 2 x 6 minutes at 40% power. However i accidentally ran the first set that was supposed to be at 40% at 100% and was advised to not to the second set of microwaving at a lower power. How will this impact the antigen retrieval process and also the staining overall?
