How to calculate 1 millimolar concentration of VIP neurotransmitter?

The neurotransmitter is a powder with 250ug and I need to make a 1millimolar concentration? I am sure the math is very easy but I need your kind suggestions.

Hello,

molecular weight of VIP is 3346, so if you need to prepare 1mM solution, you have to add 75 microliters to the 250 micrograms of powder.
