I have found this link to be very useful: BioMed Central [email protected]. They post new articles in my area of interest and send me regular emails on the latest publications in their journals.

ScienceDaily (www.sciencedaily.com) broadcasts a comprehensive daily email of links to short articles on the ScienceDaily web site. The articles describe the latest developments in all branches of science and technology. Most articles include at the end a literature citation or the url of a posting on the researchers' institutional or academic web site.
