Hello! I could really use some advice on how others have differentiated enteric nerve stem cells (ENSCs). They are non-adherent cells and are grown on just Petri dishes. Therefore, I tried coating coverslips with fibronectin so they could attach, however, it does not seem to be differentiating them but growing them. If you have worked with these cells before, what did you do and use including growth factors (if any), serum, or coating techniques?
Could laminin be a better potential route for coating coverslips for ENSCs?
Many thanks in advance!!
