I am searching some material which can describe protocol used for production of mRNA library by single end sequencing by HiSeq2000 (illumina)P. I read all user guides provided by illumina on its website which are very confusing for me. I did not get any satisfactory document which can make it easy to understand. I request all of you please send me a protocol written in a brief and easy manner.
I agree with Matthias, science requires a commitment and nothing is easy. There are several protocols for the generation of mRNA libraries for next-generation sequencing and you have to figure out which one works best for your project, some you may find here: http://www.csf.ac.at/facilities/ngs/protocols/

I fully agree with Matthias. The principles of Illumina work flow are fairly simple to understand. Once you understand that, you have plan an outline for your experiments. The possibilities with Illumina are endless.
