How to stain GABAergic interneuron with GABA antibody?

Does anyone have a good protocol for GABA immuno, i have tried incubated with 0.6% triton in 10% donkey serum, and primary antibody in 2 overnights, however background is high ,and signal is to weak so hard to quantify
