Is it a mixture of two species? if so, you can adapt a region over your whole tube domain,then you need to patch the region specifying the volume fraction of your secondary fluid. (i hope you're looking to find the same thing)

to do this you need to go, adapt->region -> input coordinates for the x-center -> click on mark -> manage -> display (to check if the correct domain has been marked) > close the tab

when u done adapting, u need to initialize your solution values and then click on patch -> choose your phase and specify the volume fraction -> select your domain and zone -> click on patch and it's done (remember, not to initialize again after patching)
