Try the following steps:

Launch Design Modeler > Import the CAD File >File > Import > STL/STP.
You may need to clean up or repair the geometry using the available tools in Design Modeler, such as Face Split, Merge, or Delete.
Ensure the coordinate system and save it as .agdb file format
Open Turbo Grid > File` > `Import` > `ANSYS Design Modeler.agdb file and import it.

Simply, go to the design modeller/ File/ Open and see the files which can be imported by the DM.

Why you don't design your blade geometry using ANSYS/ BladGen?

Go to File > Import > CAD Files. Select the .stp file format and browse to locate your file. Click Open to import the file.
Verify Geometry: Once the file is imported, verify for any missing component.
Connect the output of the Geometry cell to the input of the TurboGrid component
