if your DNA is sensitive with mechanical force or any machine then you should try some manual methods

1.add dissolving buffer (TRIS-EDTA)in DNA tube and put it in 37 degrees in water-bath for 4 hours and gently shake it it will be spin down

2.if you dont have dissolving buffer you can add PCR water or distilled water as well

As Mr. Ashad Said, in your case I would recommend to minimize as much as you can the spinning and vertoxing time in each DNA extraction step.

Once you get the pallet, I would suggest that you dissolve it in a buffer and incubate it for 3-5 hours at 37 degrees. After that, please gently shake and spin it down.
