I have some plants sample like Tulsi Leaves Powder, CINNAMON, Powder, Cinnamomum Tamala Powder, etc and I want to extract them using methanol and ethanol so how can I use them to make extract without using a soxhlet extractor.

Dear Nayan Prajapati that's indeed a very interesting technical question. I'm pretty sure you will be successful making your plant extracts even without the use of a Soxhlet extraction apparatus. In this context please have a look at the following very useful review article:

This review is freely available as public full text (see attached pdf file). In section 4 of this paper various extraction techniques including very simple conventional techniques such as maceration and reflux technique are outlined in detail. For the maceration technique you can use a mechanical shaker. In all cases the sample preparation plays an important role, i.e. the samples should ideally be powdered and have a small particle size. Perhaps you also have the facilities do do an ultrasound-assisted extraction.

There is a some alternative methods for soxhlet/lyophiliser extraction, like maceration or cold extraction, percolation, decoction. You can also use non-polar solvents (hexane, benzene, toluene, diethyl ether, petroleum ether dichloromethane…..) with rotary evaporator in low T° and High pressure conditions for getting terpenes.
You can adopt any traditional method like cold maceration, some time shot time method also by using centrifuge etc.
You can mix plant powders with the solvents you mentioned. Heat the mixture at 45 - 55 degree centigrade for approx 5 - 10 minutes. Cool the mixture at room temperature. Then filter the mixture with fine sieve. Hopefully you will get the extract you want. Thank you.
