How to maintain stability of vitamin K3 (Menadione nicotinamide bisulfite)?

I am doing a research on vitamins stability, especially vitamin K3, however stability is degrading within a month from 99% to 67% in a 40 degrees Celsius chamber Is there any additives we can use to maintain the stability of a vitamin K3 in an aqueous solution?
