Hello everyone,

I will try to grow MIN6 cells in a short time and I saw they usually lost their GSIS ability. However, I found 2 publications (Ohgawara 1995, Groot Nibbelink 2016) stating they elaborated protocols to reverse this effect and restore their GSIS respectively by adding nicotinamide or by adding theophylline in culture medium.

Have you already heard of these protocols or tried them?
