I assume that you have centrifuge for PCR plates in your lab. If so, you can try the modified version of the protocol reported by Pallotta et al. (2003):

Valentina Ivanova's suggestion is a good one but it all depends on the yield you need. Reducing the volume will reduce the final product concentration. If you are right now barely getting enough, then the plate is not a viable option

I did a similar project some time ago, the maximum number of samples I could get in a day were 60 (two runs in a 30 tube centrifuge), not counting the time it took the next day to measure and adjust the concentrations. Samples were not taken by the same person so there was a lot of variation. So for that project I preferred to work the extra time than to risk having too little DNA at the end and loosing the sample.

My advice, get a student to help you.

Just like video games, sometimes you need to do some grinding to get what you need.
