I am isolating exosomal miRNA using precipitation based kits. but i think these kits also isolate contaminats also like microvesicles, miRNA bound with AGO2 protein and lipoproteins. How to proceed further?
Hello Ankit Pal
You can try with filtration method and after validating by NTA.
