I have done CV using commercial Pt/C (20%) in 0.1 M KOH at room temperature in N2 atmosphere, scan rate 0.5 V/S. For ink preparation I used 6 mg of catalyst 1 ml ethanol and nation (950 microliter ethanol and 50 microliter nafion) and then 20 microliter ink used for working electrode (0.196 cm2). Now I have two problems:
1) How to calculate metal loading on Glassy Electrode (GC)?
2) How to integrate CV to get QH (hydrogen adsorption/desorption region)?

I can help with your first question but am unfamiliar with your second question. To obtain the metal content, you need to assume your catalyst was mixed uniformly and thoroughly in the ink. Based on your description, in 1 mL ink you have 6 mg catalyst. The 0.02 mL ink used for electrode preparation contains 6/50 mg Pt/C (20 wt% Pt). Therefore, you used 6/50*20% mg Pt.
Please search the literature for: determination of ECSA by hydrogen underpotential deposition Hupd). It is very common in catalyst research and you should find many good explanations.

And please be aware that Hupd is not the only method. Co stripping is another option.
