Hi,

I am starting my PhD and want to isolate exosome from my human brain endothelial cells for transcriptomic analysis (microarray and qPCR). I have been reading about different isolation methods and we first are going to try probably three of them to see which one gives me the highest number of exosome vs the amount of starting material (ultracentrifugation, density gradient and a commercial kit that I don't know which one to choose)

However, I have been reading in some papers that depending in your downstream applications, the starting material can be reduced, so does anyone know how much cell conditioned medium would I need for that? And also, which commercial kit would you recommend me?

Thanks!
