I have repeated an MTT assay three times using different batches of the same cell line. Each time, I tested the same treatment (different medium) and seeded the same number of cells. Additionally, I included triplicates for each treatment in all three experiments.
I am now looking to analyze and present the data from these three experiments in a graph. Should I average the triplicates for each treatment, calculate the standard deviation for each experiment, and then between experiments? Also, what would be the best statistical analysis for this data?

well this is a series of experiments issue. There is a mixed model option to analyse such a set of experiments. Otherwise you can analyse each experiment and then combine results using meta-analysis option. Dot dothistogram and box plots as well. There are many repeatability correlation method too....etc
