I want to find the concentration of the various denatured proteins detected after SDS-PAGE.

You can use densitometer to find and compare the denisty (which is related to concentration) of protein together.
Also, you can scan the SDS-PAGE with high resulotion scanner and then compare band density and volume with some software such as Melanie.

you can to run a series of BSA protein in another gel ( for example from 0.1ug to 2ug )and then staining the two membrane with Ponseau ,then compare your band of interest signal to the BSA bands signal ..... this will till you approximately your concentration .... take care that your band of interest signal is come from one protein ( you need high separation between your bands )
