how do you know that your droplets are boiling and not evaporating? The boiling point for a given pressure does not change for a pure substance, it is a constant.

I am not sure, but I guessed so. In fact, the real problem is that there is a generation of bubbles that I want to avoid.

I am using Ethanol 100% in a micromixer with Milli-Q water. Bubbles are generating on the ethanol's input at high temperatures. I am trying to seal the input, but it is not working at temperatures above 70 °C.

Do you need to carry out your experiment at ambient pressure? If not you can put your test rig in a pressurisable container and apply pressure. That way you increase the boiling point while you can study your system at 78C.
