GLS2 expression in MCF7 cells?

I am working with MCF7 cell lines and want to check expression of Glutaminase 2 ( GLS2) . it is reported in one article that the cells have GLS2 expression. I had tried it at different annealing temperatures and also tried in RPTEC cells but not showing any expression. I am using master mix from thermo. Any suggestions?

hello Ali,

I am amplifying other genes also at same time from same cDNA, all other genes are amplifying well . Also tried different annealing temperatures with cDNA from 4 cell lines all other genes are expressing only problem with GLS2. Not able to find where am I going wrong?
