Does anyone know a tool for viral protein interaction prediction?

Hello everyone.

I am looking in the internet for a tool in which I can predict viral proteins interactions with proteins from other organisms. At least until today, STRING and STICH do not have virus proteins entries in their database. I also tried with Virus Mentha but the organism I want to predict the interactions is not present in the DB either.

Do you know any other tool or way to predict this kind of interactions?

Thank you for your answer. Actually, there are some online tools (such as the up-mentioned STRING) that creates networks based on mane kind of data (experiments, literature, proximity, etc.). So, I am looking for a similar tool that can create networks based on literature data between viral:host proteins.
