Camilla S.A. Davan Wetton : I would love to hear some of these tricks if you have figured out what they are. We are trying to use Lonza primary heps ( plateable) and they say these cells cannot be passaged as they are non proliferative. Additionally, culture can be done till 5 days. is there any way to expand these cells . The vials are extremely expensive and we experiments that may require more than one vial. Any help is greatly appreciated.
