I'm a student in Heritage and I'm curently doing my traineeship in the science faculty of Toulouse where I inventory a lot of taxidermy.
I encounter difficulties to identify some of the animals and require your help.
Here comes the crocodiles !
I have one big (but not so big actually... Just taller than me), it's number 1. It's 174cm long x 34cm large.
Number 2 is 52cm long, and I think it might be the same as number 4, which is 72cm long.
Finaly, number 3 is 53 cm long.

The species looks like American Alligator, However I'm not sure. The distribution range can provide an insight if you can provide the details of location from where the speciman has been collected.

Unfortunately they has been collected in the XXth century (or even earlier...) so nobody can tell me where they're from !
I thought it looked like an American alligator too, thanks for your help !

I think that 2 and 4 are some species of Crocodylus, maybe a young Crocodylus niloticus. Number 3 seems like a juvenile of Caiman crocodilus.

Was a good exercise.
#1 is a saltwater crocodile (C. porosus) based on the smooth post occipital area.
#2 and 4 could be of the same species, to me either C. niloticus or acutus. For closer examination a larger of the front dorsum showing head and nape would be nicer.
#3 is most likely C. crocodilus. Also a close up of head from sides and up would have been better.

I have some photo but I don't know if it will help more, I'll go take more tomorrow if it's not enough ! Unfortunately the light is very bad where I have to take the photos, so It's sometime a bit difficult to make details.

I agree almost perfectly with Ümit determinations: 1 is Crocodylus porosus and I think that 2 and 4 might be C. porosus too. 3 is Caiman crocodilus as he says.
