I have isolated Bacillus licheniformis from hot spring water. We dealt with synthesis of nanoparticle from these bacteria. I did Nitrate reduction test and obtained positive results after 48 hrs But when I sent sample for SEM and DLS analysis, they showed negative result. Any troubleshooting, let me know. If easy procedure, suggest me. Thank you.

As a first step analyze the synthesized nano-particles with basic tool XRD. You can confirm the material and nano-size from XRD. If you get positive (expected) result, do other tests like SEM,, DLS, TEM etc. or else do the synthesis again properly.
